Kingston Court Apartments

"My mom and I live in a townhouse and we found black mold in the upstairs bathroom and sent the landlord here pictures she’s not doing anything. The landlord here is rude. She doesn’t send anybody to come and take the black mold out. Water is leaking from the ceiling in the dining room. My mom and I are sad that this landlord doesn’t send nobody to take the back mold out. Black mold is toxic and my mom sometimes can’t breath with the black mold in the upstairs bathroom."

"Representative lease woman in the office 3/8/23 is beyond rude. I have family who live in the Townhouse complex experiencing issues which she’s fully aware of, Handles the whole situation inconsiderate and doesn’t respond to none of the calls nor keeps up to date with information. By the way this is NOT the first time, Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"DO NOT RENT HERE.Thank God ,Finally getting out after 2 years my second time here, if your moving into 3149 be aware u will have noise above and below you all day and night till 3am+ managment is an absolute joke sense cloet left,wont answer phone takes it offline while she's sitting if office if she's actually in there she picks her own days,hours,n lunches dryer in building wont dry clothes for over 6months it breaks n they just rig it instead of getn a new 1,smells the same in buildings from when I was like 10 years old I'm 32lol ,had bedbug 1st time was here n have seen evidence of them here the 2nd time, next to no snow removal in winter,music,yelling,partying,past 10pm noise curfew,RENT ANYWERE ELSE THANK ME LATER!"

Terrible management, not worth the price of the apartments ($650 for an outdated apartment) nothing works right, hallways are never cleaned, pool hasn’t been up for the last 3 years, office staff is pocketing money, snow plowing in the winter is terrible, the park isn’t a park, what more do I need to say! DONT DO IT, NOT WORTH IT"

"If I could give them zero stars, I would. The management has completely gone down hill the last few years. They don't enforce the parking rules, they do nothing about the excessive noise, the rent has gone up twice in the past 2 years, the pool was closed 90% of last summer. If you enjoy smoking weed, being loud, leaving garbage in the halls, not having to follow rules and letting your kids run wild for hours at a time, this is the place for you!"
