"We have been here 9 years now and have been satisfied. But managers change too often. Our manager now has been very responsive to any problems. Could use a little better communication with front office. But all in all we are happy. Maintenance persons are super. Pleasant and knowledgable. Have not had any problems that weren't taken care of quickly. This is an updated review. It has been about 12 years now. The longer I am here the more I appreciate this place. Josh is the best maintenance worker we have ever had and Jen is easy to work with if you have problems. UPDATE: It has been 13 years now and things are even better. Communication is better and our office person Preston is so easy to work with. Josh is still on the job and doing good work. Gets things done with a smile."

"My husband and I lived here for a little over a year, and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was big, in great shape, and clean when we moved in. The whole neighborhood felt very safe, and they unexpectedly added "hardwood" laminate flooring before we moved in which was a bonus. It's a good location that's near a lot of shops/businesses/parks, and it's pretty quiet with kind neighbors. Maintenance requests were usually taken care of in a timely manor, and I had two instances where the app you submit requests through messed up, but I was able to contact the maintenance guy, Josh, and he’d jump on it. So friendly and responsive. The few negatives I have to note are: - The company they hired to mow the grass was doing it at 9pm at night one time, which was super odd. Luckily it never happened again. - Communicating with the office was a little frustrating early on, specifically with email, but since the new manager, Preston, started a few months ago, he’d been pretty easy to reach over the phone and email correspondence had improved. In the past we've been burned by rental companies taking nearly all of our deposit even though we were good and clean tenants, but both the manager and maintenance guy assured us everything looked great. So happy to report they were both spot on and honest! We received our deposit back without being penalized for anything. A rarity in the renting world, to be sure. No place is perfect, but all things considered, Redwood Oregon deserves 5 stars."

"This place was nice a year ago when Ashley was the manager. The new manager, Devin, is terrible at her job. She will trespass and enter your home when you are not home and without permission. The apartments look nice but everything is constructed of cheap materials. EVERYTHING breaks. And takes for ever for a repair if you even get it. Our screen door was torn when we moved in and it still is. The clientele has also gone down hill recently. The attached garage is a huge plus. That is the only reason it deserves one star. Oh and you can park your boat/trailer in the grass. Would not recommend until they have a new manager."
