"Easily one of the BEST apartments I have ever had the experience to live in. Price is good with what is nearby, and the staff is excellent. I resigned my lease for a second year, because of how quickly and efficiently the team handles nuisance. Unfortunately, we cannot control how people act, but we sure can work together to make this a safe a functional living environment."

"I love coming to my apartment after a long day from work because it feels so much like home and the safety feeling is so important to me and does exactly how I feel whenever I enter the apartment complex. The staffs are so nice anytime you go the office or talk to them on the phone. Looks neat in the hallways which I like to see. The newly renovated apartments are so beautiful and feels refreshing to be in. The plus of being here is having most of the stores right in front the apartment like Walmart, Kroger, fast food restaurants all surrounding you. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking to be at a place where they feel safe and have their peace of mind."

"Great location, decent place. Only thing is there has been a recent landlord change and the prices sky rocketed due to inflation. But I got lucky as I needed to move anyway. Maintenance was good and timely. I rented an efficiency apt while in school and everything was good. The only thing I would recommend is to buy brighter bulbs and light fixtures and to change the shower head to a long hose adjustable one. Also keep the disposal in the kitchen sink. Overall good experience in this apartment complex. Good for UTMC students. I rented above the office and neighbors were decent people."
