"I recently moved into the District. I moved in during a management change which was challenging but I was fortunate enough to work with Morgan and Noelle. Morgan assisted me with signing my lease and was very responsive to my emails / questions. Noelle was available and was extremely helpful upon move in. With the management changes, she was constantly available and answered all of my questions during move in. She is extremely friendly and more than willing to help. I’m very pleased with my move and especially the staff."
"The most friendly staff and very helpful maintenance group. Noelle in the front office is very attentive to details and will help if any issues arise. The community is very dog friendly and neighbors are very nice. Look no further for your next home in the strip!"
"Well… I decided to upgrade apartment complexes and moved into The District from the Heinz Lofts in November of 2022 and it certainly was an upgrade. Couldn’t have been happier with my decision and was totally worth a thousand more in rent every month. I hardly had any complaints or issues and the few that I did have were addressed and fixed within a day or two. The amenities here were fantastic and seemed relatively brand new. There’s 2 buildings here and both are not even 6 years old and building I live now had only been open for I think a year with some of the units not even finished yet. There was a clean crew here at least 2 days a week cleaning hallways, entry ways, weight/fitness room and common areas including the lavish rooftop. We have 5 floor indoor car garage with an optional 6 floor uncovered which I thought would be plenty enough parking. Very clean as well with routine upkeep. My first year of living was an easy 9/10 which is why I renewed my lease. I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m extremely unsatisfied. I’m only writing this to inform anyone who’s looking to live here. As of right now, DO NOT… unless you’re only moving here for convenience. This piece is a total joke right now. I haven’t seen a cleaning crew since July of last year it seems like. People leave their trash wherever the please: garage, hallways throughout the entire day, on weekends when valet trash doesn’t pickup, the trash rooms are a disaster, the weight room is dusty with handprints and dirt on the windows, common areas including what once was a lavish rooftop lounge now every average due to lack of upkeep. Surveillance and security here is extremely inconsistent. The garage doors are sometimes left open for long periods of time due to being broken or people moving in. There’s absolutely no surveillance on any of the floors. My parked car was hit pretty badly and I had no way of knowing who did it. Management doesn’t monitor who actually has a parking pass to be there which means limited parking.. There’s a few entry ways that can be accessed from the outside without any codes to get in which makes for an unsafe complex.. If you order a package, anyone has access to the room and doesn’t require a code to get in which is ridiculous and lots of times, packages are left outside in entry ways.. I’ve had quite a few packages stolen due to this issue. The advantage this place has right now is location, that’s it. It’s certainly not luxury style living right now. Pay your rent and that’s it… I will say the leasing office staff is exceptionally friendly and do try and take care of any requests and a timely fashion but they can only do so much. If you’re looking to move into The District anytime soon, don’t…"
"After three weeks of living here, it is like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to concerns, issues, questions. Emails go unanswered. Nobody picks up the phone when you call. As a new resident, I had many questions as to how the move-in process worked - no replies. Three weeks later, still no keys to my mailbox and apparently they don't have them either. I have brought this issue up three times now and nothing being done about it (or even a plan of action communicated to me). "Package Lockers" are not used as Amazon deliveries are dumped in the unsecured foyer in large bins and three of mine have already gone missing in the last two weeks. Random "Renters Insurance Lapse" fees pop up on your statement and I have had to ask twice now to have them removed. Once you sign a lease, it's as if nobody cares. 'Pay your bill and live with it' kind of mentality is what I have observed so far. I am second guessing my decision to live here at this time as any concerns or questions go ignored. Very unprofessional for a "luxury" apartment complex, especially considering the exorbitant rent."
"My wife and I have lived in The District Apartments for 6 months now and we love it. There's so much I can say, but I'll keep it short and sweet. Location A+, Ammenities A+, Management and leasing personel A+ . Neighbors are nice. This is the closest you can get to Resort Style Living in Pittsburgh period. We love it here."
