"Too high of price for the square footage and area. The carpet in the bedroom needs removed asap! Gross. About a month and a half ago they had another unit listed for $669 + $30 for water. Now they want $709 + $30 for water. I understand some updates were attempted in the specific unit I viewed but they are not done well. The bathroom light switch is in the kitchen which is weird too. The neighbors to the twinplex I looked at seemed nice and they informed me that it stays quiet for the most part (when it comes to the people living there). The company keeps removing my comment on their ad for rent so I decided to post a review for interested parties."
