"I was rushed to move in so had to pay rent on two different apartments. And am now regretting moving here. There's spots in the ceiling that are sagging and am literally able to stick my finger threw the ceiling and the maintence guy was actually able to lift up and move the ceiling with his hands pretty sure the roof is leaking all over someone came to fix the roof the one time but left the ceiling in the same movable condition. Now I've noticed something wrong with the ceiling in the second bedroom, again it appears it's going to fall in. And that's just the major problem with the apartment. There's a list of things that need to be fixed and it's frustrating that I just moved in a few months ago and am constantly having to contact the office to fix stuff I work nights so i sleep majority of the day so having to have maintenance come here during the day constantly is a huge inconvenience especially when they don't notify you ahead of time they just show up knocking on your door while your sleeping. I'm going to contact the office one more time about these issues. Including not giving me copies of the work orders submitted and go from there. ***UPDATE. I got in contact with Ed the owner and he stopped in to take a look at things he had someone come fix a couple small things like drawer in the kitchen and a new buner for the stove, also brought a couple copies of the work orders for me. As for the ceilings and roof he is going to have someone look into it again to make sure things checkout up there. He was very kind and understanding and explained how he is going to improve things in their maintenance department. I can tell he takes pride in his business and wants the best for us and his employees. I look forward to seeing how things turn around and hope things can run a little more smoothly for the people in the office and maintenance from now on. "This complex has sadly gone down hill. I’ve been here about 4 years and have not gotten lucky enough to find a good place to move to. Management has become rude, it’s been under new ownership and tenants no longer have a 5 day grace period for rent which is sad, especially in this economy. The maintenance do a decent job but very rude, unwelcoming and create discomfort. Last year I witnessed the old man yelling at children in the pool and threatening to close it for the summer. Easily could have been approached better as they were playing on the rope that separates the deep/shallow ends. Parents were upset and it made other kids cry. I notified the office and no one seemed to care. I called at one point to ask a question about something I was unsure/forgot about (because of recent changes), and heard the lady crap talking me for asking a question I had an answer for but wanted to double check on. They also don’t enforce people picking up after their pets. I was walking around the complex and came to a section near the office that was COVERED in animal feces along the side of the building. I haven’t walked over there since to see if it got picked up, but I could smell it from the sidewalk. I hope they make some positive changes and we all miss the precious staff that were there a couple years ago. I try not to even go in the office anymore as it feels negative, and toxic and I always feel like an inconvenience despite the many 4 years I have resided."

"Enjoy living here very much! The staff is fantastic, and if there's any issues with maintenance, it is taken care of almost immediately. Shana, Is very kind and there's always helped me out immensely. What's a little things that are difficult for me to do. Like simple paperwork. Lol. She's awesome!"

"I have lived here for 13 years and have never had a problem. The neighbors and management are nice. It is clean and I feel very safe living here. Whenever i need anything fixed soneone always comes right away. Emily and Amber are wonderful!"

"Slumlords. This apartment complex is a scam. And the management are liars. Everyone in this office is ridiculous. Debbie (the manager) says she can never reach corporate... yeah right we called corporate. Hung up on me when I had a question about a payment. Debbie the apartment manager was rude. No one knows what they're talking about. If you have a small complaint about something or get confused with what they're saying because everyone tells you different things they get rude and nasty. Debbie the supposed apartment manager doesn't even know what she's supposed to be doing. Her little minions don't know what they're doing all they care about is money. They sent a check we sent them to the credit beureu because no one knows what they're talking about. no one knows what they are supposed to do they lie about everything especially when it comes to YOUR MONEY. They lie about a 12 month lease and it ends up being a 16 month lease. Highly do not recommend these apartments. Also maintenance sucks we had a broken drawer when we got the apartment and we told them and no one ever came to fix it. We paid to get out of our apartment because it is a horrible apartment the paint jobs are horrible the apartments just overall disgusting. We paid over 2500$ to get out of our apartment, that is 3 months rent in advance. Ridiculous they had someone is that horrible apartment no more than 2 weeks we were out. We forfeited our deposit and now charging us for damages. Understandable right? no. We spoke with them within the 10 days and set up a payment plan they said we could send checks to the P.O. box now they're saying we didn't set up a payment plan so they sent our check to collections??? That's not legal first of all. They are disrespectful and rude. All they care about is scamming you out of your money. Never in my life have I dealt with an apartment complex like this."
