"I really don't know what to say either. I just started with this company and the electric company turned off my power. And they said it was okay for me to miss work. That day pretty much was excused. Well, then I went to work the next day and worked so hard on cleaning the apartments to get it right Well, I was extremely hurting the next day. My body was hurting because of the amount of stuff that you have to do. You don't get paid very well You break your back and your body down for less than $16 an hour. I did go to the doctor and I got a doctor's note. I contact and kept updating them the last 2 days, but they obviously didn't care and did not want to give me a chance. I know I took the proper steps to cover my butt. For having to not go in on my da to work. But I couldn't move, my body had hurt so bad from cleaning out those apartments."
"I really don’t know what to say I contacted jim the landlord and asked if he could send paperwork to pathway for help on this month rent I am on maternity leave currently not getting paid all my payments have always been on time he informed me they don’t deal with pathways because of past experiences I’m a new mom struggling to find assistance and he let his ego get in the way of him just doing one simple thing not to mention they raised my rent which is even more stressful and difficult but every time I call about needing maintenance they’re no where to be found so now I have to hope for a miracle all because of “Them not dealing with pathway “"
"Not a bad location, rent price not too bad. Apartment sizes not to bad for the 2 bedroom. The studio size though... forget it, you're basically paying hundreds for the size of a bedroom. Balcony is nice, but takes a bit to get people in there to fix stuff and their fix jobs are basically just patch jobs."
"PLEASE BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! The leasing office lady is SUPER RUDE & shouldn't be working in a customer service based role at all! I was inquiring about a apartment here on behalf of my husband and the lady that picked up both times was not interested about answering questions she was unbothered clearly, I sent a application form for him and my son we called to check up on the status and she hadnt even bothered to look in the mailbox for the form! I told her it was tracked delivery and had arrived 4 days ago and she refused to accept it was there! We hung up and she called my husband back saying a page was missing from the application (not true) and proceeded to say shes not even gonna bother to process it. The part that kills me is she then proceeded to say ''your moving to ohio with your son without your wife? Sounds lto me like you wouldn't do that if you move her in you will be evicted immediatley! It wasnt none of her business to worry about plus im STATIONED in Ohio hence why I was getting a place to stay for my family! NEVER EVER will I recommend anyone to move to this unit! Seriously unprofessional, rude & just overall dismissive!"
"Rather unprofessional experience. I was unable to move in because I supposedly didn't have a long enough credit history. (Though I wasn't able to get any better details than that.) Though everything else was fine and my roommate could have easily afforded the place by himself. So they have rather high standards for something not in the best neighborhood. I've been accepted into more expensive apartments, in better condition, in better neighborhoods and with bigger spaces before. But that's not why I've rated so low. I paid 35 dollars for a week worth of apartment holding. But because my family member made an unsolicited phone call, that apparently upset the management enough to screw our agreement and steal my 35 and cancel the holding without giving either person on the lease a phone call. My family member said she was incredibly rude. (Though I'm unaware of what exactly took place.) It is very unprofessional to cancel our holding fee outright because of something not done by either of us. The most expensive apartment was just remodeled and looked nice enough. Though another one we looked at (which wasn't even the cheapest apartments) had very cheap carpet with no padding and cable wires laying about haphazardly connected through all the walls. It was an eyesore. So very inconsistent quality. Don't have much else to add, but perhaps you'd be better served going elsewhere."
