Toledo Circle Apartments

"It's a moderate place to stay within a small budget. For the students of Uni of Toledo, it's a best place to stay. Some apartments are really old. New Update as of July 2023: They are removing old stuff and replacing it with the new one. Apartments are heading into a clean and nice place to stay. Recently, they pitched the road and parking spaces. Looks good ... It's home far away from home...."

"I would give it a solid 4.6 cause it does have some parts thats need to improve. Ive lived here for 2 years now and I haven’t had any issue this is the cheapest and nicest apartment that anyone could get that’s nearest to the utoledo. This place is amazing they have a big patio and the rooms are big with the price that u are paying for, living and kitchen area everything is pretty great. They have a nice ac system which work’s completely fine all winters and summer and the maintenance systems too they have improved a lot. If you file any issue they repair it and fix pretty quickly, manager responds on time, they have renovated almost every apart now and renovation made it looked more great. The only part where they need to improve is the laundry . They do have a decent laundry facility like u gotta pay couple bucks for the laundry and sometimes the money gets stuck on the machine and it doesnot work but they do fix eventually , just not enough dryers and washers i would say. I am not a great fan of the dryer specifically on winter cause it sometimes doesnot dry properly but the best part of living here is that everything is near and is accessible and the laundry express is just across the street, so one can definitely use that. Other than that its a great place for anyone looking to save money and live near by campus. I would definitely recommend more people to try out the place."

It's incredibly close to the bus stop, which is a huge plus for easy commuting. The management is supportive and responsive, and the rent is more affordable compared to other apartments in the area. "I have been living in this property since past 4 years and I would say my overall experience is decent. The maintenance service is very effective and FREE. The manager gave me FREE carpet cleaning for a couple of times. This is probably the most reasonable property you would find closest to campus, grocery stores and restaurants. The management also understands and is very lenient when you are dealing with economic hardships. unlike some places it has building key for all tenant which makes it safer than other places. The apartments have ample room for storage, there are a lot of cabinets, there is a big sliding doo in the living room for ample light."
