"extortionist. this man is trying to extort money. this is a personal family dentistry office. if you are not family they don't want you there. trying to charge me a fee for xrays that the insurance company has paid for that he says are his personal property. he did nothing for my teeth except xrays and look at my teeth. did not clean anything. most unprofessional dentist i have ever seen looking at my teeth in the lobby. tried to tell me he needed 500 to 600 for a cap and that insurance that i have $4000 coverage a year would only cover half of the cost, if that, because the insurance does not cover much. will be calling dave yost attorney general. my new dentist has told me not to worry that they will take them again at no cost and could not believe this dentist would not give me my xrays."

"Worst dental care I have ever received. They pulled my tooth and was only given Tylenol to help with the horrible pain my mouth that would not stop bleeding for hours and hours after. I called several times to be ignored by the doctor as I was in tears from my mouth. I ended up needing to go to an emergency dentist who couldn’t believe the way they blew it off when I have a bleeding disorder. Seriously no reason I should of had to deal with the pain or the bleeding. Also, the rude lady at the front desk had a problem with my one year old daughter reading a book quietly on the floor she told the doctor that her and my babysitter needed to wait outside because now she was going to have clean up the waiting room. They took over an hour to pull a tooth that took 15 minutes. They had my child wait in the car. The worst care I have ever gotten my whole family will never longer be patients there."

"Beware of deception with this Dental office. My family went here for a year before we received a bill that the insurance company wasn't paying anything and was denying all claims from a dentist that was not in network. His office never sent a bill, continued to schedule us and delayed all communications regarding billing. Attempted to offer to pay out of pocket for the 1st appointment for each of us and although Sedon admits to this being his on his office and lack of staff, he continued to inflate the number he felt fair after a year of never receiving a bill."
