Called to ask about her retainer and they asked me if I want to schedule cleanings but couldn't get an answer about the retainer. Thanks a lot."

"I am a member of the United States Military and require dental surgery in order to comply with my organizations medical readiness requirements. I was initially scheduled for a consultation with no problems. However, a few days later on January 9th, 2024 I received a call from an employee of Dental Works stating that I needed to reschedule my consultation with the surgeon. I informed the employee of my tight schedule and then was proceeded to be grilled by the employee about a referral. I attempted to explain to the employee the process utilized by the US Army Reserve related to Soldiers dental appointments and that I was planning to use my personal dental insurance for the surgery due to my tooths condition and urgency. However, in my attempt of doing so I was met with this employee speaking extremely harsh to me. I advised them to disregard and that I will go somewhere else for my dental care. I was made to feel like I was a nobody and my business wasn't wanted. This is not how any customer should be treated and I am highly offended."

"I scheduled a cleaning there for the first time and spent over 2 hours there and left without ever getting a cleaning. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and had to sit in the office listening to their staff meeting that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The staff made it very clear that the way things were being run was not good, and they were being told to do tasks that were not in their job description or qualified for. I should have just left then. Now I owe $85 for x-rays that I told them multiple times I had done that year already. They never even asked me to get them sent over, they just insisted I get new ones while I was there."

"If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. I called months ago and was told they would call me back to schedule an appointment with the oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth removal, once they had the surgeon’s schedule. After never actually getting a call back, I called again a month later and was able to schedule my appointment for the following month. They told me they would call me before the appointment with further details on how to prepare. Fast forward to one week before the appointment, I received multiple confirmation texts about my appointment and confirmed it via text. Then, the day before my appointment, I called them AGAIN because I still had not heard from them about how to prepare. I was told the specialist was on lunch, and to call back later. That annoyed me a bit, because again, I had been told they would call me with this information, but that’s fine, I let it go. So I called back a couple hours later and was finally able to speak to the “specialist” who tells me their oral surgeon actually quit and therefore my appointment had been cancelled “weeks ago”. I NEVER received a call informing me my appointment had been cancelled. My boyfriend and I both requested off work and I spent the past week preparing for the surgery, including buying soft foods, etc. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at this DentalWorks and I will certainly never be going to this office. I recommend you go elsewhere for your dental needs because clearly these people do not value their customers enough to even let them know when their appointment has been cancelled."
