"Feb 2024 - Had a dental emergency during the holidays late December, transpired to a cracked molar extraction early January, and doing great as the cavity naturally fills itself in. Dr Baik and team at Canton made this a positive experience every step along the way. And great pain management as we got rolling. That was important to me considering patient history. Thanks much :-) Jan 2024 - Dental hygienist Billy completed a deep cleaning and it went very well. Normally I struggle greatly with anxiety but Billy was able to keep me calm and under wraps. Thanks Billy and see you soon. December 2023 - Best dental experience I have had in my lifetime! Usually I suffer during any dental appointment/work but Dr Baik and team treated me more gently than ever previous experienced. My thanks to them and to Hudec Dental. Also note they do take VA. :-)"

"Walt owens had an appointment 2/1/24 for just a measurement for new dentures. He had to sit in the waiting room exactly 1 hour!! This is totally unacceptable!! No explanation from the receptionist , no apologies from the staff! When we asked what the holdup was, we were told, with an attitude, that he was next! We had an appointment!!! He had just got out of the hospital the previous day for heart failure! You are getting paid for denture implants and yet we are treated like this! So very disappointed in your office!"

"I am a patient there and have been on the “wait list” for an appointment since July of 2022. We are now a couple weeks away from 2024. I call once every few months to check on the status of the wait list and make sure to tell the receptionist that my pain is getting increasingly worse. I am treated like I am a huge inconvenience/annoyance every time I call to check. I feel forgotten. To make matters worse, I come here to check the reviews only to see that many others have mentioned being able to WALK IN for an appointment or only have to wait 1-2 months for an appointment?? What gives? Why am I treated like a burden and left to rot on some list for a year and a half while others can just call and get scheduled? Ridiculous."

"I went here for a cleaning not too long ago with Billie. She is such a kind soul and makes me laugh each time I come in for an appointment. She always makes you feel so comfortable and welcome! My little brother was also seen by Nikki for treatment. She was so kind and gentle, and even let him get a little toy before he left! He is normally nervous for check-ups, but Nikki makes him feel much better about getting his treatment done! Thank you Dr. Baik and staff for being so lovely!"
