"I took my children there when they were younger and it was the most traumatizing experience of my sons life. He was 4 years old and instead of trying to do what needed done with him in a normal dental chair, she strapped him down with Velcro straps and without even telling me what she was doing or what the plan was, she drilled/filed my sons two front teeth in the middle so he then had an arch in the middle of his teeth. Thank God they were just baby teeth. She then yelled at my for letting my kids eat bananas at night! (I am assuming from the sugars??) It was a horrible experience and someone like her should not be allowed to work on children. We never went back after that!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolute hell and she put me through the most traumatic experience I have ever been through in my life. I don’t know how this lady is still in business, or maybe she isn’t which is great. She needs her dental license revoked! She has no compassion or care whatsoever and is in it for the money. Please don’t go here! Absolutely the worst experience of my life and definitely traumatizing and made me have a fear of dentists."

"Took my son there around a year ago. The amount of trauma she instilled in my child is inexcusable. It scarred me, and it certainly scarred my son. We have had nothing but issues w the dental work since. She strapped him down, arms and legs w virtually no nitrous or pain management and drilled and ripped out teeth while he screamed. It was one of the worst experiences of my life seeing it. She only takes cash and wants her money upfront and new dentists I’ve taken my son to seem confused and confounded about her shoddy work as well as felt some of the work was unnecessary and only to add to cost. I wish there was a review I saw like this so I wouldn’t of taken my child there. So parents, here’s your review. Heed my warning, DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID HERE UNLESS YOU WANT LIFELONG FEARS OF THE DENTIST INSTILLED IN YOUR CHILD! He shakes life a leaf and breaks out in hives at the mention of a dentist appt, which we’ve had several, because of her shoddy work. I know that pediatric dental work isn’t pleasant. I’m not niave to that. This was different, it was nothing short of torture and her lack of compassion and empathy was apparent. My sister in law works in dentistry and apparently this “doctor” has a bad reputation and is widely known for being an awful dentist."

"Dr. Kheterpal is very compassionate and caring with the children. She takes their special needs into account and works on developing a relationship with the children so they feel safe. The office is nothing special, but its a great place to take a child that has extreme fears, and she accepts all Medicaid, waivers and BCMH. We took my son to 4 other dentists before her with no success. Don't be quick to judge. We like it there."

"Went there as a kid and hated it. One of the worst experiences in my life. They have no care or compassion for children whatsoever. If you can find another dentist for your child please do and don't put them through a traumatic experience."
