"I had my first visit to the Riverside office today. Initially my new patient exam was scheduled 2+ months after I called; after my records were transferred from my old dentist, I called DCD back and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. I was impressed with the periodontal and cancer exams they gave me, in addition to my regular cleaning. Both Kim, the hygienist, and Dr Komanduri, the dentist, were kind and explained everything as they went along. The office staff were also very nice and helpful. I look forward to returning. They have specialist dentists on staff, in addition to general dentists. Note that the parking lot at the Burkhardt location is pretty small, because Riverside lots are not big. If you own two vehicles, you might consider driving the smaller car to your appointment."

"Wonderful! I was just in for an 8am appointment at this location (Riverside) for some tooth pain and sensitivity when I drink/eat. I was reallyyyyy nervous because the dentist isn’t my favorite place in the world and I’ve never been to another dentist besides the one I grew up with but they did WONDERFUL. Dr. Rasmussen was very kind, gentle, thorough, and communicative. I told her how nervous I was and she listened and put me at ease. It turns out I had two small cavities and they were able to get them filled right then and there. Dr. Rasmussen and the Tech/Hygienist did such a good job taking care of me and making sure I was numb enough— I barely felt a thing. That was probably the best cavity filling procedure I’ve ever had. Another thing I appreciated is that they made sure they had my insurance info before they took me back, and after the doctor took a look and told me I had cavities and before they did the procedure they showed me the billing statement showing what my insurance was covering and what my out-of-pocket costs were before going through with it. From that experience alone I can tell they care about their patients in all regards. Would definitely recommend!"

"These guys deserve a six star. They were so willing to go above and beyond the normal ethic as my ride was late twice and they helped me get a hold of them. Sandy my dentist also was soft and kind. After my nightmarish first time she kept it gentle even gave me unconventional tips to help us get results for caring for my teeth properly."

"Great if you would like to simply be a number and not a patient… I have gone to this dentist since I moved back from grad school because a friend highly recommended them. I have had great service at the Springboro location. I switched jobs and my dental insurance changed so I then transferred to the Riverside location; Springboro didn’t take my new dental insurance and Riverside did take my new dental insurance. After every appointment I ask for a card for the time so I can put it on my calendar when I get back to work. Cleanings are extremely important since I have sensitive teeth. If I miss my cleaning it makes it much worse so these are top priority to me. What is frustrating is I have been a loyal patient for 7 years. I kept on coming through COVID and didn’t stop my cleanings. I waited an hour for an appointment because an emergency popped up. I have moved my appointment time when needed for other patients. I transferred locations to stay with the same practice since my insurance changed. I went back through my text messages trying to figure out how I missed confirming my dental appointment - it was on my calendar and I thought I was good to go… I put “yes” to change my time of my appointment when the the office needed to in the text message. After looking at it I realized that I thought I confirmed but you have have to type “C”. My appointment was canceled and the office manager simply said they are sorry and told me to reschedule. Due to my schedule with my job this time of year and not one but two family members sick in the hospital I do not know when I will have time to get my teeth cleaned. It is a top priority for me since they are sensitive. I never miss my dental cleaning - period. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I am in awe that this dentist practice would treat a patient like that - just cancel them off your books. At this practice you are just another number…"
