"This is the worse of the worse do not go here they crown the wrong tooth and hang up every time I try to call them to get reimbursed because they keep taking it out of my bank account granite. There’s a few employees that are cool good at their job but the rest are trash rude to my friend and think it’s funny and they do something wrong."

"They almost OD me off medicine they gave me and told me I had to take I ask if they were sure I had to keep taking the pills before they pulled my tooth and the ones for after that and they told me yes!!! I ask to speak with the doctor in the office because 13 pills was a lot and I never like taking them.. but doctor didn't have time to answer my question and sent the assistant in telling me yes. I threw up over 20x plus and the doctors at Miami Valley Hospital didn't want to tell me that I was ODing.. I mean my stomach lining was coming out. For the Most Part they are rude and nasty to people of color and people who speak up for themselves the most. And since when do the actual dentist that work on your mouth don't have time to talk to you right after to answer questions we have....they just steeling people money.. I probably didn't even need my tooth pulled. I would have stayed at Small Smiles at westown if I could have. I do not you recommend this dentist for anyone they need to be shut down save yourself and don't go there."

"I've been having trouble getting my teeth all together and fixed and my living situation isn't the best atm so I don't drive. I got a deep cleaning done 12/20/22 and was asked if I wanted to come back the next day to get all my cavities filled. I wasn't sure cause I'd have to find a ride to and from. The very nice women with blonde hair at the front offered to come pick me up and take me to my appointment. I was honestly surprised, but very thankful . I got to know her better and she's so nice and very sweet. She deserves a raise in my opinion. I wish the best for her ❤"

"I was initially apprehensive to visit this office due to all of its negative reviews, but I'm glad to say that I had an excellent experience with the staff and Dr. Trusha Aggarwal. She noticed that I was nervous and went out of her way to make me feel more comfortable and she ensured that any questions I had were answered. The appointment was quick, informative, and as pleasant as a trip to the dentist could be. Overall, I was very impressed. My only complaint is that when I made an appointment for my spouse, I received a phone call a few days later around 10:00 AM asking to confirm the appointment by 12:00 PM that day. Since I wasn't able to check my voicemail in a span of two hours, her appointment was cancelled despite the fact that it wasn't scheduled until five days later. I understand that the importance of confirming an appointment, but I think the process could be handled a bit more efficiently."
