"My 3 yr old daughter needed sedation for some dental work today. Dr. Hensley and his staff were all amazing! I can't talk highly enough of our experience with them. They kept us informed of every step in the procedure. Highly recommend!"

"Have been taking my kids to this dentist for 14 years. They always answer the phone and return phone calls for me. Are fairly quick with getting the kids in for emergencies or spacers falling off. My youngest has had one surgery that they did amazing at. He also has anxiety and they are so good with him the very few times he's had a filling done. Sometimes the wait time is slow but thats to be expected anywhere. As for people complaining about id/ins cards they have a sign saying be prepared to show it for the apt. I always schedule my apts at the cleaning/checkup never any issues. Staff are always friendly and professional. Only one of my apts were ever canceled and rescheduled and that was when the location was located inside childrens and there was no parking available so i was super frustrated, but I never let that one bad experience ruin the many good ones. So with that being said I'm so happy with the new location conveniently a moment down the street."

"Never in on time. Appointment was 9:45, they changed it to 10:15 when we got here, watched 3 different families that came after us go before us, at 11:05 I asked when my child could go back and was told “they are working as fast as they can” so I told them I would call and reschedule they let us come back and there’s just empty chairs back here. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t give any stars if I could just leave the review. A terrible place"

"Kristina!!! I cannot say enough about her positive attitude and overall personality. She is very through and explains the entire cleaning process. She definitely has a way to make children feel comfortable in a sometimes high anxiety situation. My family is very thankful for her! 5/23/23"

"If I could give a half of a star I would!! My nephew had an appointment there today. Which took us months and multiple referrals to get! We arrive, go to check in, only to be told that he cannot be seen due to not having his actual medical card. All we were given were the numbers. I stated that there is a custody situation going on and this was all I had. That he had government insurance. They stated it’s their office policy. I informed them, that I would be filing a complaint with Caresource, Dayton Children’s, as well as the Ohio medical board. They told me that was fine, but their office policy is legal. This place does not deserve to be open. I have contacted my attorney over this matter as well. If you can avoid this place, I highly recommend doing so at all cost."
