"First time visiting and accepts Caresource. My impression was WOW! when I walked in. They expect people to sit in these old ripped and torn chairs while they wait. The exam room was really small and I had to leave my walker outside the door. The dentist was not friendly at all. Fastest tooth cleaning in the world (LOL). He left the suctioning tube in my mouth and left out the room. I did not think he was done, thought he was coming back and he never did...."

"My First appointment at Troy family dental wasn't bad. I had a bad tooth that had to come out and it was breaking as it was coming out but the dentist got it all out. He was good, I've only been to this place a couple of times since then and it's been a nightmare. Very unorganized and the last time I went for an appointment they said that they needed to cancel my appointment and reschedule it. They never called me so I drove there for nothing. I was supposed to go for a cleaning today and I've been calling since last week to see if I could get my appointment switched to just get a couple of teeth extracted because they are causing me a lot of pain and no answer. I called yesterday and I've called 3 times this morning..... Guess what no answer. I will most definitely going elsewhere for my services."
