"I’ve reviewed before when I initially had my front crown replaced and gave 5 stars then. I have a natural gap between my front teeth and for ten years had a crown with metal backing that I was allergic to and it was a large crown that covered my gap. I told Dr. Harju that I wanted my natural gap back with a normal sized and colored crown. It was a difficult challenge being a front tooth, and we consulted for a bit before making a plan to replace my crown. He even went so far as to have someone custom paint the tooth to match my natural coloring and it’s beautiful. You can’t tell it’s a crown at all. Since then, my husband and I both go for oral cleanings and plan to take our children when they are old enough. They look at the entire health of your mouth, not just your teeth, and they let you be in charge of your care, giving you options and their recommendations. The entire staff is kind and personable. 100% recommend this dentist, especially to people who appreciate more holistic care."
"My wife and I are new to Miami County, Ohio, and were preparing to look for a dentist. Then my wife suffered a split back tooth requiring immediate care. I called several area dentists and the most helpful was a young woman answering the phone for Towne Park Dentistry. She explained that even though their website listed extractions as one of their services, they preferred to refer these cases to an oral surgeon. She gave me the names of three in the area. I called all three, and the soonest my wife could be seen was March 2022 (this review being written in early December 2021). I called back to Towne Park, got the same young woman on the phone, and asked if there was any way they could help my wife. She conferred with the doctor, and returned to the phone to say no, there was nothing they would do to help us. The young woman on the phone was empathetic, but I couldn't help but state my predicament bluntly. "My wife is in pain, and no one will help her. Can you see my frustration?""
