"My partner Sandra Mauchamer has had really good service. The staff is very friendly and courteous. She felt listened to and respected . Staff was careful that she understood the treatment plan and the insurance coverage."

"After nearly a year of searching for the right dentist, I think I’ve finally found it. The entire team seems really friendly and great. They’re easy to work with, and in my case, have been very thorough with explaining the procedures, etc. and ensuring I’m comfortable before they start and during the process."

"I used to love this dentistry service until my cracked tooth repair, due to delays and infection turned into a root canal and crown that took months to complete only to fall out in a short time. The replacement took time to replace and then it also fell out! The third time worked but it feels strange. During all the replacements and delays my regular cleaning was delayed until mid-year and the second yearly cleaning was on the original schedule for late fall. I drove the 20+ miles for my second cleaning only to be quized in the dental chair about my coverage after being a client for years. A last minute call was placed to the insurace company only to find out that my two cleaning per year also had the stipulation of having to be 180 days apart. My crown replacement delayed my first cleaning to July and therefore, I would not be allowed a second cleaning for that year. I believe a company that works exclusively with the dental insurance companies should know the ins and outs of the requirements and not let situations like this occur and at least let the client know before they make the drive and expend time, gas and energy to get to their office. After sitting for an hour driving and waiting I was informed that the insurance would not cover the cleaning that day and even if rescheduled for any remaining day in the current year. I went home and later received a bill for the cost of a missed or late canceled appointment. This was an insult on top of the poor service received. And they keep sending me reminders to make a new appointment - I won't ever allow them to touch my teeth again."

"They may have asked my to open my mouth and say "ahhhh.", but to call themselves "Elite" is an absolute joke. The service was atrocious. Poor communication skills, problems with billing. And they prescribed the wrong medication for my toothache. They informed me that I needed a root canal and scheduled me to come back a month later for, what I though, was said root canal. The doctor looked at my tooth and just said, "you need a root canal", and then referred me elsewhere. On top of that, they billed me again for that second visit. Astoundingly bad service."
