"The staff is spectacular, as is their stock and variety of vapes! There variety of incense is also amazing and priced accordingly. They have singles to create your own bag (10/$2) or prepackaged single scent boxes priced the same (10/$1.99). Again, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They know/remember our names, are able to recommend a new/different flavor/brand based on our likes/dislikes! They also have a nice point/reward system, every 6 to 8 weeks I use what I've accumulated and not pay anything except tax! That's usually 6 vapes to get 2 for free! You can also "cash" them in at any point to get a certain percentage off instead of waiting for a minimum to receive a discount!"

"I had been going here for a long time with no issues. Bought a XL disposable that would normally last 4-5 days. It only lasted me about 24 hours. Because of my sleep/work schedule I wasn't able to take it back within 24 hours but it was within 48. The employee was extremely rude and said she doesn't make the rules and that I needed my receipt and packaging. I had the receipt but threw the packaging away in their trash the day of purchase. As a regular customer this treatment was appalling to me. Needless to say they have lost me as a customer but lucky for me there's another vape shop right down the road with much friendlier employees."
