"Store employee on 9-4 (Sunday) evening was rude. She turned lights out on us while eating Subway food. Subway employee relayed he had customers. She yelled at him about having to close. I intervened that without customers, she would have no job. She got louder. She missed the mark big time. Poor poor example of customer service. I hope this is not a representation of your company's core values."

"I had a flat tire and pulled off the highway to call for help. It was a little after 10pm, and the station was closed, but there were still employees inside. I knowcked on the GLASS DOOR, and there we a girl behind the counter, and a man at the fountain, and they ignored me! I just wanted to ask them not to tow my car, that we would be back in the morning to get a new tire put on. I stood in the pouring rain outside for 5 minutes, knocking peiodically, and they ignnored me. What horrendous treatment. I understand not opening the door for safety reasons, but for goodness sake, acknowledge that someone is standing out there!"
