"I am so dissatisfied with this company if I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I recieved the worst customer service from Niren Shah. I used this company for a lottery bond and upon renewal the rate sky rocketed. I asked why and they said my credit score decreased. I knew that was incorrect so I told them I would hold off and seek other estimates. I got a cheaper price and a bond from another company, but they went ahead with the renewal anyways. I called and spoke with Niren and asked why it was renewed and asked for a refund. He asked for a copy of my current bond because the Ohio Lottery hadn't updated and showed them still. I supplied that and had the Lottery update the new bond. I also provided the email from the Lottery confirming the update. He said he would refund, but never did. I kept calling and leaving messages. They essentially STOLE my money and stopped taking my calls. I am making a complaint with both the better business Bureau and the department of insurance!"
