Jacob gave me the quote which I felt was very reasonable and he said he could repair it the next morning. Jacob was on time, did the repair, double checked his work and was very professional. "This plumber put new shower fixtures in, he did not know what he was doing, he had to get on you tube to see what to do. He forgot to put some pieces in the handle and made it to where all I could get was cold water. I called him, he was to return to fix the problem, he gave me a day and time with no show, no call, then would not return my calls. I had to call another plumber to fix what he didnt. Would not recommend this plumber again."
