"I already had a significant laundry list of issues I needed addressed or fixed with my 2006 Honda Ridgeline. When my engine died, I had it towed to TNT Auto Care & Towing (owned and run by Jerel Lairmore). I provided Jerel with a list of 8-9 items to be addressed. The biggest by far was the engine had died. He diagnosed every issue and explained to me in great detail what had gone wrong and caused problems and what he would do and then did do to fix the issue. He often texted me pictures to show the progress of the fixes. He suggested many options on how to do many of the fixes. Among his suggestions was always a path for how to save the most money. He ended up being very frugal with my money. Wow! This included for him to call around to all kinds of used parts places and haggle for the best but cheapest deal he could find. Jerel did all of the following: • Replaced the dead engine with a low mileage 'used engine' Which he negotiated for and is in great shape. • Installed an Alternator (that I had already purchased) • Installed New Brakes and Rotors (that I had already purchased) • Installed New Calipers • Fixed Door locks and windows • Fixed several electrical issues, Including a mysterious parasitic drain to my battery • Installed sidestep running boards with a custom mounting solution Because the regular mounts were rusted or missing (due to age and use). • Installed a new leather cover for the center console The original was nasty. • Got the A/C cooling again In the end, he fixed every item on my original list. It took a long time and cost a lot. However, I am certain he saved me $100’s (if not $1,000's) of dollars as compared to other mechanics I have used in the past. I mean when you are having nearly everything being fixed on the truck, one would expect it to take a long time to complete all that work and cost a small fortune. I have had several other mechanics refuse to even attempt to diagnose some of these problems (or they told me they don’t do that type of work). His hours of operation are very convenient. He communicated often with me. He answered every single question I had regardless of its importance or relevance. I do not think you can find a mechanic that is this knowledgeable, talented, experienced, friendly, and customer oriented. This entire experience was amazing and Jerel’s TNT shop is the only place I will take my vehicles for work now. I highly recommend Jerel at TNT Auto Care for all your vehicle work!!!"

"I had my brakes go out on me when passing near here on Friday right before 5pm. A quick Google search showed me they were the only place who might be able to help that evening. I was able to nurse the car to the shop. They had me going by 8pm! Great job at a more than reasonable price! I'd take my car back there any day if I was a local! "This place is AMAZING!!! On 11/8/2022 I had a horrific accident on I-75. As I was driving 65 mph, my front passenger tire flew off of my vehicle! I slammed onto the pavement, narrowly avoided 2 crashes, and somehow made it off to the side of the highway, just outside of Troy. Since I'm from Northern Ohio, I had no idea how to even begin to solve my problem. My awesome tow truck drivers from Rudd's Towing in Troy recommended TNT Auto Care. They took me to his shop and Mr Larimore IMMEDIATELY stopped what he was doing to help me!!! He was able to get me back on the road within 30 minutes and the price was astronomically low for the service I needed at 7pm! He was very kind and explained thoroughly what he was doing.
