"We had 1 PM appointment to replace a tire on our trailer and a mishap that caused us to be late. We arrived around 3 PM and Frank got our tire changed in less than an hour. I apologize, but I don’t remember the name of the young lady at the service counter she was extremely friendly and very helpful. I was so impressed with the service that everyone performed that I came back the next day after I found the spare tire I put on trailer was also needing replacement. Again everyone worked very hard and got us out on the road."

"RC does a great job and fixes everything in a timely manner. The labor charges are fair and affordable .The only thing I don’t agree with is that they upcharge the parts too much. I understand that most mechanics mark up the price of parts. I think that RC marks them up too much. I just had a wheel hub assembly done. It’s a $270 part. They charged me $570 for that part. That is more than 100% mark up. Altogether they charged me $900 for a simple wheel hub assembly replacement. It’s a little too excessive."
