"Several poor experiences. The one that was the last straw was when they tried to DRASTICALLY change their initial price WITHOUT communicating with me. They just did the work without consulting with me and then wanted me to pay an extra $1,000 for work they never told me about. If it was a hundred bucks or so, that is still annoying, but over a grand more, that is insane! The car still leaked oil and still had issues after it was all done. Also the brakes didn't work on the car when I picked it up and I had to quickly pull over and have them take it back in. Many family, friends, and even strangers have had similar issues. No communication and then they try to make you pay for a price increase. On another car they installed my brakes wrong, NO lubrication, and within months wore down due to this, and then they tried to charge me for all new brakes and rotors that wore down due to their negligence. I called and was essentially told "oh well" and no solution was offered. I had to take it to a trustworthy mechanic and pay for it all over again! All of this was verified by two separate mechanics, who also advised me to "never use Rogers again, they are crooks." It seems they have made a reputation for themselves. I heard these bad reports and still tried to give them a chance. Lastly, every mechanic that seen the work they did/cost they charged, and all of them confirmed the prices were extremely overpriced as well. I think this place is for people who blindly trust others and are not vehicle savvy. I was just trying to give them a chance to support a local shop. Never again. Severely disappointed, I feel scammed, and I do not trust them for a second. I am more upset at the morality, rather than the money. They are kind/friendly people, the shop is nice, but the business is the issue. From a customer perspective, I recommend staying away."

"Always great service! We can get an appointment that works for us. We have even had vehicles towed in after hours, used the night drop or just drop off in the morning. Always explains in detail if something needs done and estimate given before work started. I cannot recommend them enough we have been customers for about 7 years and will continue to be customers for a long time! Thank you for all you do!!"

"It did take a little longer than I thought, but both Todd and Tom kept me informed about what was going on. I always use Rogers because it’s always fixed right the first time. I’ve been going there for close to ten years. Everything was completely fixed to my satisfaction. It rides like a brand new car and it’s 13 years old! I highly recommend them for your automotive repair needs."
