"Zero personnel, raised my price then dismissed all staff. I had to call the police when someone tried to squat in my newly emptied and swept unit. My experience was early 2023. The New Haven Police Dept. Were wonderful. I had storage company CORP on the phone to tell them what I was doing while I was doing it. Any current office personnel should not be held responsible for months ago errors. But I never got an apology and would not recommend this facility based on my experience."
