"Employee, 270449, was outstanding. Welcoming, smiling, helpful and outwardly showing concern for our problem and offering to handle it for us. THE BEST."
"This is a very good UPS store. I’ve taken many Amazon orders here the last 4 years for return. 2 really nice and efficient women usually help me. They are fast and friendly. I very much appreciate the service. Thank you UPS."
"Stopped in this morning to check the status of an Amazon return, valued at almost $200.00, that I had dropped off last Saturday and had yet to receive any updates that the return had even begun from Amazon’s site. When I showed the girl at the counter my UPS receipt she said there was no way for her to track it as it gets put in to a larger box with other Amazon returns and said that this was now between Amazon and myself and showed me a laminated paper with various phone numbers. I explained that the girl that took the package last week indicated that my return was to be boxed and shipped in packaging provided by UPS (I’m not aware of what packaging method gets utilized as I only know what I was told). This girl proceeds to write down the number for Amazon that I am to call. In the meantime a guy that was sealing packages comes to the counter and says “Give me your receipt, I don’t know what you want us to do, she already told you three times this is between you and Amazon” I stood there in shock and looked and the other two customers in the lobby and just said “Wow! Really?!?” while shaking my head. This guys punches in my receipt number and starts looking in their system which is better than the girl did or offered but was extremely dissatisfying how he approached the matter. After a while of looking through his computer he says “Well, this is a little concerning, I see that you dropped it off but I don’t have any record of it after that”. And that was exactly my point of going in there. He continued to look through the system but could not locate what had happen with my item. A brief check of the store was conducted but my item was not located. This guy again stated that my item is put into a larger box with other Amazon Returns and once it leaves the store they have no way of tracking it. Seemed odd but Ok whatever. As I’m getting ready to call it a day the guy apologized for his rude behavior and shakes my hand and I simply reply “Thank you”. I don’t know why this turned into such a debacle, all I wanted was for someone to check the system to see what it’s status was and check the store to make sure the item wasn’t sitting somewhere. Many of the times I go into this store I leave frustrated by rude customer service, but today things reached a completely different level of disappointment and frustration. If Amazon had given me the choice to take my return to Kohls like it does so many other times, believe me I would have never gone to the UPS store to begin with. I hope management takes a look at this situation closely and finds a way to enhance their customer service experience."
"i had a dog harness returned about a month ago, i brought original packaging (did not come in a box) and went to amherst UPS to return item. i did not receive a refund and was charged for the product anyway. amazon specifically said that UPS would box it up, label it, and send it with no extra fees."
"Dropped off a few Amazon returns here this morning. Fast, efficient, and friendly!! In my book that’s five stars. Thank you ladies you were awesome."
