"Got multiple parts of our simple order wrong. Coffee urns were empty or luke warm at 8:30 am. Incredibly slow slow slow service. Took 25 minutes to make an egg white spinach bagel. Don’t know what’s going on at this one."

"We waited about 8 minutes to get our food, which was fine, but then we had to wait another few minutes for the cashier to acknowledge us again so we could tell them they forgot our drink. Could tell as soon as we were down the road that our sandwich was unwrapped and dripping at the bottom of the bag, and when we got home found it wasn’t even close to being the right sandwich. I’ve worked in fast food for years and have never sent an order out unwrapped, soggy and ready to tear through the bag. This isn’t acceptable."

"We ordered using the app and went to pick up in the drive through. We were told they didn’t have part of our order because they were out. I asked for a refund and they could not do that. They would write our name down and we would get it the next time. It was bread bowl with Mac and cheese. They did give us the Mac and cheese and it was half a cup. We paid $12.08 for a half a cup of Mac and cheese. I ordered a grilled cheese and there was nothing grilled about it. It was melted cheese on soft bread not toasted. I called to speak to a manager and she could refund the bread bowl. No apology. Sounded like I was bothering her. I don’t even think she was a manager because she had to ask someone how to complete the refund. I’m finished with Panera."

"Food was great. I have an issue with the assistant manager. She came in screaming something about the outside dinning area. The cashier was deathly afraid. She was getting free food for 3 kids, herself and another lady. I would fire her on the spot. Shame on her. She's very thin, tattoos and long dark hair. She's gotta go"

"Coffee was out of two kinds. The third was lukewarm asked for hot coffee. Never got it. The creamer was out. This. Was told to use the microwave to heat my coffee. Nobody would take the time to come out and let us know that there was fresh coffee made or put out. The servings are appalling. The prices are high, my poor daughter-in-law for her birthday. It wasn't even a third of a bowl of macaroni for $11.99 when my other daughter-in-law took it back because they charged me for a full order that she was told. Oh that's our large serving. I'd hate to see what the small serving was because she, my daughter-in-law didn't eat very much in it only filled a one cup container when we took it home. I will never go back. The chicken was as thin as paper. I think my daughter-in-law had a four pieces of chicken on her half salad. The prices extremely high for they don't seem to want to move from behind the counter and I really didn't think the salad looked that fresh. This is the second time I've been there and both times the first time we never went back. My daughter and I both got kind of sick from the avocado dressing. I wasn't interested in going but I felt my daughter-in-law wanted to go. Can't believe even the soup was cold for a half cup. Actually my daughter and other daughter had a cup of soup. It was more than the macaroni and the bowl. They just put it in a big bowl to cover it up"
