"Great sandwiches But When I went to pick them up, the door was locked and the 2 employees inside would not open the door, until a person who I assumed was a delivery driver, was outside at the door."

"Sitting in the drive thru waiting bcuz I asked how my order of 3 combo sandwiches can total $47. After sitting probably 15 minutes, she finally opened the window and said ok $41.04. Never mind why it was off initially, but how again does $10 meals x 3 = $41.04 So after much conversation back and forth between the woman who originally took the order, and the other person who came up to try and re-ring everything apparently, they said well you ordered a gigantic sandwich which is $15. I never ordered a gigantic sandwich. I didn’t even know Jimmy John’s did that. I paid bcuz I had somewhere to be and didn’t want to spend 20 minutes in the drive thru. So I asked well next time we order, are we supposed to say “not gigantic”?? They kinda shrugged their shoulders and said idk. Then closed the windows. So my husband said I’m not eating this gigantic sandwich that I didn’t order and went inside to return it. He was met by a friendly employee but then the same two from the window were less friendly and only said “it’s voided”. He asked for a receipt and they said they couldn’t provide one. I don’t know what changed here at this location. It wasn’t like this a month ago. And - if it were me working there, I would have said “oh sorry my mistake you obviously didn’t order that sandwich let me credit your card for the difference or just credit the sandwich and say thanks keep the sandwich and we hope to see you again” and get the person on their way. Definitely not what happened today. Not sure who is making these poor decisions"

"I order from them a lot and more times than not it’s not freaky fast! Today I ordered and have so far been waiting an hour! Manager just says we’re busy and only have two drivers! I understand but not my problem they should of at least took 2 or 3 dollars off something especially since this is not the first time I have dealt with this from this location. Not happy with them at all"
