"Kids waited in line for 15 minutes to order Frosty's because the kid at the register leaves the counter and runs around like a headless chicken for 5 minutes after taking each order. When it was finally their turn, she totally ignored them and took the order of the guy behind them. So they didn't get Frosty's. This staff is totally inept."

"Dave would roll over in his grave! WHERE'S THE BEEF??? Wasn't this the long-time battle cry for Wendy's? So... My wife & I had a craving for a good chile on a cool September afternoon, so off to Wendy's we go for a large chile and some sides. When the cups were presented at the counter, I asked the young man if those were large, and he exclaimed they were in fact large chiles. In what universe Dave??? The last time we had a large chile it was a meal... not a sample. As the pictures show, these (cups) weren't even filled, barely covering the head of the spoon when inserted. Not even crackers to go with to expand the pituful offering... Did you think we wouldn't notice? Really? $4.21 for that?? Enough of the shrinkflation already!!! Bring back sanity for all things right & proper. BRING BACK THE BEEF!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Corporate must be in the building. Frostycino was not that. I got an iced coffee. Only allowed to give 1 sour cream and asked for a couple more and said only 1 per order."

"Always satisfied with my orders here! Today I ordered the vanilla frosticino- let me tell you- this drink is amazing! If only Wendy’s would sell that creamer! Personal story here- when I got Covid last year, I lost my sense of taste- the minute it came back (after 11 days) I drove right to this Wendy’s for a big meal!"
