"What I like about this store is that it's always neat and well organized. What I don't like is that many times the store doesn't have what I'm looking for. Exact opposite from a nearby Home Depot. The HD store is not as well organized, but I can always (eventually) find what I need."

"I did in store pick up and they quickly had a multi-item order ready. they had my order waiting for me when I arrived and Tiana was very nice and helped me by carrying some boards to my car with me."

"I feel like their customer service has gone down over the past few years. It's hard to find someone if you have questions or need help finding something, and some of the checkout staff and management are rude. Hope they improve, would prefer not to have to go over to HD."

"Looking for help in the custom blinds section. After a relatively short wait, a woman came by who did not work in that section, but started helping me figure things out anyway. I think she was from the Customer Service desk. Then she saw an associate who did work in Window treatments, and transitioned me over to him smoothly. I ended up scheduling measurements for custom blinds for 9 windows. Not five stars because there was about ten minutes when nobody was there, even though it was a fairly major "Home Decor" desk with computers, etc. for coming up with estimates and scheduling installs. But, when I asked Brendan what company would be coming to do the measurements he said "Lowe's." He also told me that he had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon from 1 to 5. On Tuesday, I received an automated call from Crume Installations, telling me that my appointment was set for Jan 16, in the morning. Since I have a Dr's appointment at that time, my only choices was to say "No." At that point, they send you to a voice mail, where you are supposed to skip an additional week out from the appointment date they gave me, and give them three different days when I was available. Then the bot would call me back to tell me again when my appointment was. So Brendan told me stuff that wasn't true, and the system is crazy. Home Depot's system involves live people that tell the truth."

"I stopped at the Lowe's on Ridge Ave today (4-23-2023). To pick up a craftsman cordless hand held vacuum and battery with charger. I got the top of the line help from Ms.Sadasia (African American female). She gave excellent customer service. When shopping at Ridge Lowe's and you need help, please ask for Ms Sadasia.
