So I started the process for return and found out it was 28 dollars to ship a salt and pepper shaker anddd they don't refund shipping if you're dissatisfied or want to make a return for any reason, they also charge a return shipping rate. Really feel like I got finessed on that. 100% don't reccomend. I'll go with bed bath and beyond or something next time smh"

"Everywhere you look, there are high-class, top-notch items related to cookery, mostly. They sell a superb line of cutlery. That seems to be one of the main highlights of the store. Some brands I'd never seen, but you can see quality in everything they sell."

I purchased 8 of the Maxwell Counter stools and after 4 1/2 years the fabric on the all the chairs has torn on the seats. For the price I would have expected the chairs to last a lot longer. When I called customer service to see if they could help me with my issue they said no. Don't waste your money. Buy furniture from somewhere else."

"Placed an order in August in Kenwood store. I was told a delivery in 10 days. 2 months later I called the store regarding the order and was offered to order same item to have in 5 days. The information given was not accurate. They were eager to sell an item that is not available. It’s now been 4 months and no delivery of my order. I canceled the order today. No apologies, or any other option offered from customer service. I will take my money to a small business where customer service is a standard."
