"The absolute worst customer service ever. Left on hold multiple times. Told by managers we'll call you back and then don't bother. Whatever they could possibly figure out to do wrong, they did. Bought a washer, dryer, pedestal washer, and pedestal. Order was completely messed up, their app tried charging my card 4 different times, finally get the order completed and one item is now out of stock and they kept getting confused as to which one was actually out of stock, damaged one of my appliances before delivery, didn't have all the rest of the items on the truck when delivered, asked for district manager and multiple employees don't even know who it is let alone how to contact them. When I say the worst, it turned out to be the purchase from hell. Would NOT recommend and would give negative stars if possible."

"I know employees come and go but the staff working at this location were very attentive and went out of there way to help me. It is rare these days to have such good customer service, especially at a big store like this. Shout out to the lady working late in the appliances section. She was extra helpful."

"My local home improvement spot. I recently needed to purchase a new refrigerator as the 10 year old one was no longer reliable. The purchase was completed on Black Friday and the refrigerator was promptly delivered the following morning. This is the second time needing a replacement the next day and Lowes Springdale was up for the task with Flying Colors. Special shout out for Dane, & Isaiah, both of whom are exceptional employees and made my shopping for the right product perfect!!!"

"Management is horrible and have NO common sense, maybe that's why she wouldn't come out of the office (Angie). Steven and George were great and totally customer service. So you have one product pictured below and only got one, but would not sell it because other locations have it in stock. I wasn't asking for a discount, just didn't want to drive across town. Just making policies up as you go, I guess"

"Always very helpful. Staff is great. Prices are fair. I bought and paid for something I didn't realize I already had enough in stocks. Brought it right back into the store. Not realizing I lost my receipt. They gave me a refund anyway. Thank you. Make sure you use your phone number at checkout, then losing your receipt isn't a problem"
