"Jacob took his time with us every time we came in. He didn’t push us into anything and worked with us, kept us informed, and let us do it our way without pushing us in one direction or another. He spent hours with us every time and never became pushy, demanding, or obnoxious. I do not like when a sales person doesn’t listen to what I want and tries to give us something he feels is what we need. Jacob NEVER did this in any way. He was very knowledgeable in what he was telling us and he took the time to teach me the differences between certain features of our new vehicle. They were the only ones that kept at it, and finally figured out what was wrong with it! I worked with the Service Director, Todd, along with a service representative, Tyler! They stuck it out with me and honored my service warranty when no other Kia dealership would! Definitely good people. I recommend you give them a try for sure!"
