"Recall issue was fixed, associates were friendly/helpful, appointment on time, communication good during process. Was alittle confused as told there were 2 issues that needed attention on the right front, however, 2 weeks ago at the oil change, mechanic mentioned there was an issue on the left. So, will have my mechanic do a review to determine what exactly may be needed."

"Scheduled The Works oil change package since it includes extras like multi point inspection and tire rotation. My car was due for a tire rotation. During service, 2 filter changes were recommended and I declined as that is something I know how to do myself. Upon arriving home and reading my after visit notes, I realized that my tires were not rotated! Notes say that they made me aware of swollen lug nuts that prevented them from being able to rotate tires and that is entirely not true. I am frustrated to have selected and paid for a service package that was to include something and I did not receive. But I am more frustrated at the simple fact that I was not communicated with as to why I did not receive that service. Yes, I 100% should have read all of the after visit notes before leaving. This is the second incident I have had with this service department. The first being that my card was doubled charged during a prior visit and it took weeks to get it sorted out. Multiple times of calling and getting no answer or calling only to get put on hold and forgot about. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back after this incident was sorted out. I will be getting my Ford serviced elsewhere after this second incident."
