"Started the process of purchasing kitchen counters on Aug 22nd, we exchanged emails in the process of measuring and choosing stone but have not heard from Brittany since Oct 10th when she told me she apologized she had computer issues. After I responded to that email on Oct 12th, I’ve heard nothing and it is now Dec. 5th."

"I would not use them again. We ordered kitchen and utility room cabinets on 7/17/2023. They were delivered on 8/28/2023 and paid for on 8/29/2023. As they were unpacked by the installer, damage and/or poor workmanship was noted on multiple doors, drawer fronts and shelves. Damage was noted to salesman on 9/11/2023 and new parts were supposedly ordered. Since then it has been a game of phone tag to try and get all the replacement parts. To date I am still missing two doors and three additional shelves. I feel as though I have been forgotten since the cabinets are paid for. My salesman is a very personable gentleman but his follow-up of things is very poor at best."

"Great to work with Tiffany and Shawn. My bar is beautiful- from top to bottom. The floor, cabinets, granite, backsplash and stonework all turned out wonderful. I get compliments all the time. I could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone!"

"We were looking to add a built-in desk area in our kitchen. We wanted the cabinets to compliment our current kitchen. Tiffany worked with us to find the right color/finish and style of cabinetry that works perfectly. She gave us multiple layouts and design options. She ordered all the material necessary to complete the job. I know that if left on my own, I would have neglected to order some of the trim pieces needed. Great experience. Update...at Tiffany’s suggestion we purchased our granite countertop (New Venetian Gold) to match the Slate Cherry cabinets. We are very happy. Buying custom anything takes patiences for all parties. If you want it fast go to a big box store, but be prepared to have multiple trips and it to look like every other house in your neighborhood. We came in with one idea and left with a different plan that we will be happy with for years to come."

"My husband and I are currently redoing our kitchen with Andy at Select Kitchens Design. He's very nice and has had some great recommendations. I'm very surprised to see some of these bad reviews but I do agree with one reviewer saying the person at the front desk isn't very friendly (because she definitely doesn't have a good personality or is she polite). I will update my post with pictures once our kitchen is complete! UPDATE: Our kitchen is complete and we are very happy with all the work that Andy did to make sure we had a perfect kitchen! We did have a few little issues with our glass doors and they took care of them and now everything looks great! When we go to do our bathrooms we will absolutely be coming here for our cabinets!
