"Sold some shoes they bought them but I feel like they didn't pay me what there Worth"

"What a waste of time!!! Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews or say anything. This is my first bad review I ever left but I feel I need to say something. This place is a joke! Took a giant bin of clothes and shoes. Most purchases with in the last 6 months tags still on them. Did not take any! Not only that but the employee basically roughly pushes the bin at me instead on either placing it on the floor or nicely handling it off it is a very heavy bin. Would not recommend coming here. 0/10. None of them have any clue what they are doing. Most of those clothes were good Quality clothes otherwise I would would not have brought them in. I know what places like these look for. I also know not everything would get taken but not one item is ridiculous. Most of these clothes are very good condition have been bought within the last six months, so have tags in them and are what they are looking for. The last couple of times I have brought my clothes to Plato‘s closet. I have not had a good experience granite. I haven’t done this in the last couple of years last time was it a different location in a different state. One employee was texting on her cellphone right where the customers can see."

"This location has plummeted for various reasons. I had previously been a frequent shopper, but quit going due to lack of selection for adult males. While the staff did in fact appear professional kind and courteous. It was just a facade. I believe the staff tonight was simply just lazy. Including the manager on duty. While they're not obligated to buy whatever you bring in, style being subjective etc. My issue and reasons I think laziness applies to this crew is this. I brought in a rather large stock of clothing to sell. 264 pieces to be exact. Ranging from perfect snow white timberland boots to leather and swade jackets. They had several other orders to review before mine. Somehow they miraculously went through every item in 10 minutes from when I dropped the last bit of clothing off. They declined to purchase a single item stating they were children's clothes and to take them next door to the once upon a child children's place. I did so. Which resulted in the manager going in telling them I assume to get their act together because there was not a single item of child clothing in there. All of that would have been whatever. Lies on their part, but what they didn't know is that I was waiting for a friend, so I never left the parking lot and had a perfect view into their store. They never went through all of those items. They simply slid it to the side and put a finish ticket on it or whatever. Besides, the blatant lies to my face. It also effectively wasted a good chunk of my time and the time of the workers next door at once upon a child. Had they done their job and just looked at the items I had brought in instead of just sliding it to the side without visual inspection their would be no story to tell. I can't really blame the staff. I blame the management who allows and deems this acceptable and possibly encourages it."

"Went in looking for clothes for my niece. The store is organized well and things her size( 12/14) were easy to find! The staff was helpful as well. There were some items they thought I would be interested in and pointed me to an area I wouldn't have looked at otherwise."

"Loved the HUGE selection they have right now for summer and fall! They have the best shoe selection ever, for men and women in all sizes! The sales associates were kind and helpful, especially in such a busy place! We will definitely be back!"
