"Owner was extremely disrespectful and pushy to get us out of the store. We were picking up a piece that we already bought and made him an offer on a scratched and chipped book shelf that he was asking 75 for. We offered him 50. Instead of saying I can’t go that low or something professional, he said you don’t know what your talking about and you need to go higher. This is a real nice piece. So we said 60 and he said you need to go higher very disrespectful. He said now let’s get you out of here, your piece is by the back door. After he walked us out I said we are never coming back and he slammed the door on us. I will tell everyone to never go to this store again until he apologizes."
"Got a great deal on a sofa bed here. Staff is generally friendly, but the owner is fairly rigid on their closing times and reminded me of this several times when scheduling a delivery. It didn’t turn out to be too big of an issue though. They were very accommodating and let me have a few weeks to remove my furniture. Great, clean shop that is well organized. The basement has some neat things too - don’t forget to check there when you go!"
