"I just went to drop stuff off and they barely even sorted through my bag. Didn’t check to see if the toys worked or anything. She just rushed through my buy. Passed on stuff my baby hadn’t even worn. Just very ridiculous and the energy was off. One of the workers was rude as well. My experience was overall a -0. Why hire people that act like it’s a bother for them to do their job? I wish once upon a child Dayton mall location had nicer employees."

"Great selection, but their most recent sidewalk clearance sale was almost impossible to shop because the sizes were not labeled (well or at all), and the sizes were mixed together. I looked through a couple of the clearance racks outside but gave up and went inside, where it was MUCH easier to find sizing and some clearance on the main racks. Workers here are always friendly, and the clothing is almost always in very good to great condition."

"They had a great $10 stuff a bag of clearance clothing sale when I went and I got a TON of stuff. Not every store has the same sales so following the stores that are close to where you live and work is beneficial. The stores are always cramped but that's because so many people bring in stuff to sell. I think it would definitely be beneficial for them to expand to have a completely separate area/entrance for those that are selling clothes so it's not cluttered for people who are trying to buy, but, they always have a ton of clothes in every size and great sales. Since the employees do work out in the open, I think they have a level of professionalism to maintain and some of the conversations overheard from some of the employees is questionable and not always nice as I've heard them talking about other people. The cashier I had was super nice and I saved a TON of money!!!"
