"Very nice customer service the lady who helped us out gave great experience. I traded in two old ipads and one was still registered to an icloud account don't have access anymore. Patient and helpful to get that sorted out. We bought a klipsch stereo. Sound is beautiful. I feel terrible I don't remember her name but every time I've bought something from this store it is a good time."

"Walked in and was never approached to see if I needed help. Didn't see a single sales person on the floor. Finally one person walked by and I tried to inquire if they carried a specific item. He never stopped walked just said he didn't know. After about 10 min of wandering around looking for what I needed and not finding anyone to assist me I left. They were not busy. I saw 2 other customers in the entire store."
