There was absolutely no pressure when we told him that we were going to shop around. When we walked out, my wife and I agreed that unless we found a substantially better deal and salesperson elsewhere, we would be giving Austin our business. "We stopped here to shop for a new mattress. It was close to closing time, but the guy working there didn't try to rush us. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. He was very friendly. He stayed open past closing to help us out. We ended up buying a king-size bed and sheets. We only had to wait a few days for delivery. Once at our house, the delivery men brought everything inside and assembled it for us. They were also friendly and efficient. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase. It's also nice that they have a "try it for 90 days" policy. If you don't like your mattress, then they come and pick it up, and you can go back into the store to find something that suits your needs better. Grest experience over all"

When u went in, I had a good idea of what I wanted and though they did not have the item in store to try, he was able to show us something similar. He also discussed the various ways we could make a purchase including phone, web, and text. He even explained the price match or 120 day period in which you have to find a better deal to get the difference refunded. Making large purchases can be hectic, but Mario made it a breeze.
