"Needed a new handle for a sliding glass door with an exterior lock. The staff guy sold me one that did NOT fit. I called to see if I could return it. It was in a shrink wrapped package and could NOT be opened without damaging the package. They do NOT accept returns with damaged or open packaging. They do NOT give Ace Rewards either. $25+ tax down the drain. But, they were nice about it."
"So, when you choose to shop at a small local establishment, you expect to pay a bit more then big box but get a hometown feel and great customer service. That is not this business. Instead, you pay more for interior products and deal with rude employees and careless management. I would only suggest shopping here if you're in a dire emergency."
