"I want to say first that no one was rude to me, but they also just didn't seem to care. I dropped off in the morning for an 8:30 apt. and they said everything was in stock. I said I needed to pick up by 4 and they said no problem. I got there at 4 and was told that they were just finishing up the balancing and it would be about 20 minutes. I questioned the timing and was told the tire shipment had just gotten in. I said "I thought they were in stock?" They responded with "we did too." Okay, things happen. 45 minutes later I asked about it. He went to check. No news. more checks... 6:30 they came and asked if I wanted an alliagnment. No, I just need to go. More time to button things up. No apologies, or thanks for waiting, nothing. I wasn't rude at all, I just stayed matter of fact even though irritated. Then, the bill was much more than the quote, but I was so late, I just paid and left. I discovered they charged me for road hazzard when I never get it and wasn't even asked about it."
