"It used to be that if You needed nuts bolts hardware You could count on Napa,Lately even Napa doesn't bother restocking small much needed items.The discount parts stores only offer assortment packs and seldom can You find what You need.Although this awesome store had to become part of a discount chain they try hard to still offer all that they used to and they are the last TRUE remaining parts store in this town.They are much appreciated...and they are all great people full of automotive knowledge."
"This unusual for me to say this about this place but had to of been the misfit employee day. There was tons of staff in there but nobody was doing anything including helping me and when they did help me they weren't knowledgeable at all, actually I think they gave me wrong answers on everything I asked and I had to repeat everything I said"
"Called about a part on a Friday they said it would b in on Monday morning went to pick it up on Monday and after an extensive search was told the part wasn't there and that they could order one to be picked up on Wednesday at the earliest so I left got back home and called and was told I fact the part was there and the guy was looking at it as we spoke and it would be placed up front at the counter if i wanted to dive another hour again and pick my needed part up"
