"I have been to two advanced auto locations yesterday. Looking for a car cover. One of them they didn’t have it but gentlemen behind the counter called the other location see if they had it. And I went to other locations. In both locations the staff were were nice and helpful."

"Brought battery in to charge at 1pm on a Tuesday. The man took my number and name. On Thursday I called to ask if it was ready. They lost it and they basically told me I was s.o.l. until I complained enough that some north olmsted worker offered Me (unwillingly) a battery that wasn't like the original and it came only 75% charged and didn't look that new."

"Brandi was wonderful. Engine light was on. Had it checked put knew cap on. She got me a new fuse for my heater because it wouldn't shut off. And now I'm not getting any hot air. Had mechanic here in Medina. Argued with me that there is an off button. He couldn't figure out what problem was and it was suppose to do that. It takes a woman to figure it out. Thanks Brandi. Your wonderful. As long as Brandi works at Advance Auto, they will always have my business."
