"I go to their manual car wash quite a bit and it is always well maintained and also takes credit cards. Today I went to the automatic wash and was not impressed at all. I bought the deluxe wash. Afterwards, there is still visible dirt on my car. It wipes off easily with a towel so I would have thought the car wash would remove it. The rest of the car still looks dirty as well. I'm not sure the carwash did anything at all. I will have to take it somewhere else to wash it again."

"I love taking my vehicles here and washing them! Feels safe day or night, always clean and well lit for security as well as being able to see what you're washing. The available options when washing are great and actually work! For example, spot free rinse, degreaser, wax etc. Also you can use cash, quarters, or even swipe your credit/debit card to pay! It is 24/7, but if you're here during normal business hours the employees are very professional and helpful!"

"Lake Auto went out of their way to help me with a burnt out headlight. I was traveling through ohio needed an oil change and had a headlight that needed replaced. Even though this is not a service they offer the staff took the time to help. I cannot say enough good things about the service and staff at this establishment. Thank you all so much!!!"

"This oil change service was great until recently. Never had any problems before. The last time I got my oil changed they left the filter loose and leaking then my wife took her car there and they overinflated the tires by 12lbs. She said they were too busy flirting with her to pay attention to their job."
