"I would give them a -100 star review if I could. The worst experience getting tires hands down in my life. Paid 900 for 4 new tires, and the first day I brought the car home, one tire was already leaking. After they fixed that, another tire began to leak, and then another constantly for 3 years straight. I have had at least one tire leaking since I got the tires put on. I had my main mechanic fix a few leaks and conrads fix a few. This last time I brought it to the three tires were leaking air. They told me they fixed all of them, and when I brought it home, one of the tires was still leaking. I brought it back a month later, and now they say I need to replace it. The tires had a 50,000 mile warranty and they refused to honor it because I didn't get my tires rotated enough. I expressed my frustration to the manager Brian, who was rude and condescending to me. He took zero responsibility for the issues I have had and said I must have drove the car to hard, which is completely false. Instead of trying to resolve the issue and leave on good terms, Brian constantly made disparaging remarks and put words in my mouth when I voiced my complaint. The customer is always right is definitely not the motto of this shop. Like I said earlier hands down the worst experience getting tires I have ever had. I will not do business with them again and suggest you don't either."

"Absolutely terrible. Over $900 worth of brand new tires bought here and one had a hole in it. Conrad’s refused to put on a different tire and instead charged me for a patch. The tires weren’t even the same. I’ve never had customer service this bad. Will never recommend anyone go here. They don’t do refunds for their mistakes and false information. What a terrible experience."

"Spent $915 on tires and one of them immediately stopped holding air. I was told I cannot get a new tire and they have to patch it. When spending almost $1000 on tires i expect to have a brand new tire not a broken one that they have to fix 2 days after getting it on. I was also not given 4 matching tires, one of them was a year old. Stay far away from here unless you want them to rip you off and steal your money."

"Do not go here! There is no communication in this place and they will deflect blame on you for their mistakes! Truly don’t understand what they do all day because they never call to give me updates on my car, I’m the one who has to call them. Every time I try to schedule an appointment they come up with some excuse for why they can’t get me in."

"This place is such a joke. Scheduled oil change 4-5 days ago, they call me today 30 minutes before my appointment to say they are behind and asking if i can reschedule if not it will take around 4-5 hours to finish. During the phone call i was also put on hold to speak to a manager and after about 5 minutes went by someone answered and acted like i was not waiting to speak to a manager. I just think this business is a complete joke dont waste your time. When i said i would go elsewhere the person got cocky. Actual joke of customer service. Honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. total lack of character."
