"I went not once, not twice, but three times to get the right bulb for my rear brake light. Each time the associates would claim the other was wrong because my light was not working, the third said it must be my electric. I paid $100 at a mechanic to just look at the issue, turns out it was the wrong bulb. Wasted my money for nothing. Who hired these people?"

"Went in looking for a few things for my car there was a gentleman wearing a blue hoodie at the front counter watching videos on his phone didn't greet me when I walked in the door nor ask if I needed help looking for anything so when I went up to him asking for something he gave me a nasty look and said he's never heard of it and said if they had it to be an aisle 2 and didn't even help me look for it or offer to help. His phone seemed more important won't be returning. Overall rude and horrible customer service"
