"I had made an appointment for an oil change and wasn’t told the price before they did the service and was pretty shocked when it was almost $120 ($104 with $15 online coupon) I paid and called back to complain after the fact because i’m a young adult and it would have been appreciated to know the price before. The manager Bill told me that he meant to tell me the price before hand and that they would give me a refund if I called the next morning. When I called to ask about the refund, Bill said that he never said anything about a refund and made it seem as if I just made the whole thing up, shocker. He continued to hang up the phone on me when I was upset and refused to give me corporates number. They also didn’t even reset my oil light or put a sticker in the window to let me know when I need the next oil change. Don’t recommend"
