"I will never do business with this company ever again! The store manager David is rude and unprofessional. Had the nerve to lie and tell me he was the owner knowing he wasn’t. He literally argued with me over a late payment. I called to update my card info to make a payment and he got mad that I refused to sign up for automatic payments. I’d NEVER authorize automatic payments to this company! He also kept threatening to come get my appliances despite the point of the call being to MAKE A PAYMENT! Which brought my account current. I had to ask him to take my card info over 5 times. Ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Now they “can’t find my records” yet hound me for payments every other week. Yet send numerous text messages. This company is a joke!"
